50F I arrived on the veranda at 5:55. Stopped at the downtown Marietta Street Post Office to mail a letter... how convenient that was tho the letter drop is somewhat off the street I managed to get it down the shoot without falling-over, a miracle since my right foot was attached to the pedal :)

36F - Not cold yet! I overdressed with double tees, a sweatshirt, double socks, bandanas, watch cap, shorts, and ski gloves. I arrived on the veranda at 5:55; very warm - couldn't wait to take off my helmet! The job now is to figure out how to haul all of this extra stuff home this afternoon.

Almost Cold! at last! 46F - long tee, short tee, 2 bandanas, headband, shorts and fleece ski gloves. Just about too warm, my hands were a little wet when I arrived on the veranda at 5:50. From my front porch to the veranda took about 20 minutes.

53F and clear this morning... perfect except I that I left the coffee at home.... and my key card and who know what else! I arrived on the veranda at 5:45. I had to ring Paul to let me in. That was Okay but he wanted to talk shop! Ugh!!

Sunday Club Ride November 7

Ansley tour of Morningside, Emory, Druid Hills, Inman Park, Candler Park & Little 5 points. A very long ride with affable folks who could (and did) ride much faster than I!!! They ran away after the halfway rest stop and of course I got lost after that! I did catch up to them at the end tho 30 minutes behind and with a few more miles!

RAIN! Got wet... Very nice ride thru a cleansing rain, fresh air! I arrived on the veranda at 5:25 after a fast ride. 69F now but they say in is going to be cold tonight - which won't be a problem for me since I'll be at home safe under my bed..... ah-choo!
